Are the watches Original?
All our watches are 100 percent genuine, and sourced from a trusted partner.
Do the watches come with warranty?
All the watches sold on the website comes with 1 years warranty. You get 1 years warranty. If there is a mechanical fault/defect with the watch we will repair or replace the watch. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, engraving, water damage/condensation, - usage in water related activities is done so at the users risk - strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Warranty repairs will take 20-40 days depending on the fault.
Do you offer next day delivery?
No we do not offer next day delivery, however we aim to delivery across Europe between 3 to 7 working days.
Does Timeless Touch Boutique deliver internationally?
No we do not ship outside Europe.
Can I have a watch delivered to a different address rather than the billing address?
Yes, when checking out please select which address you would like it delivered to. You will be then taken to merchant payment and you will have to reconfirm the delivery address. If you do not reconfirm the delivery address it will be sent to the address on merchant checkout.
Who will Timeless Touch Boutique use to ship my new purchase?
UPS and DHLl is our shipping partners for all deliveries.
I need someone else sign for my delivery, is that ok?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for your parcel. We recommend to use the same name on the order name when signing to avoid unwanted claims.
What cards can I pay with?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, SOLO, MAESTRO and VISA ELECTRON. We currently do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Will I get any confirmation that my new purchase has been successful?
If your payment is authorised, you will be presented with confirmation statement from PayPal or Klarna and then returned to our final statement page where a summary of your order details and payment is available for you to view and print for your records. You will also receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order.
What if for any reason my payment is declined?
If the payment gateway or paypal cannot get authorisation from by your bank or card issuer, you will be returned to the final statement page where you will be presented with the reason for your card being declined. You will be given the opportunity to enter different/alternative card details and continue with the purchase or terminate the transaction. (Please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).
The item I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?
Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
I am experiencing Technical Problems! What should I do?
Please email support@timelesstouchboutique.com to report this problem and our support team will fix it and get back to you.
I want to change or cancel my order, can I do this?
Once your order has been shipped, it`s not currently possible for you to change or cancel it, but you can refer to the returns policy to return the item. If the order has not been dispatched we can cancel the order and refund you in full or have the item changed for a different model.
There is a chance that there may be nobody in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen to it?
UPS or DHL will try to contact your phone number, in case no one is at home they will delivery your item at the nearest UPS/DHL center point.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is displayed as 'Shipped' please remember to allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive. Again, at busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so we ask you to wait 7 working days after your order is 'Shipped' before contacting us at support@timelesstouchboutique.com.
Do the products look in reality as they look on picture?
Please note the use of images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, designed to give you the consumer an idea of how the products will look. For all intents and purposes we make every effort to display the products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the products. The products delivered to you may therefore vary slightly from the images you see on our website.
I don't like my new purchase and I want to return it, what do I do?
Please reply back to your order confirmation email and request a return for refund, we will book in your returns and process your refund once the item has been returned back to us safely.
I received the wrong item, what can I do?
If the item you received is not the one you ordered, please accept our apologies in advance. You will be able to obtain an exchange or refund. Please contact us at support@timelesstouchboutique.com within 14 days fro receiving the product.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Please allow 14 working days since we receive your return. Once we have processed your refund we will send you an email to notify you this has taken place (the email will be sent to the same email address as your Order Confirmation email was sent). Please allow a further 2-3 working days after receiving the refund confirmed notification email for the funds to be credited to your account. We have no control over this time frame. It is completely dictated by your bank/card issuer. Please note the refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will contact you.
Can I return my unwanted order to your distribution centre in person?
No, for security purposes, we are unable to accept any orders returned to our distribution centre or any of our offices.
Do I have to pay for the postage when I return my item?
All our returns are free of charge, however if you return a product that has been used and has signs of wear your return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
